(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Information on returns

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have received the goods, in the case of multiple goods in one order delivered together;

  • or on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have received the last good, in the case of multiple goods from one order delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement via email at: support@sorellafashion.com. You may (but are not required to) use the model withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 30-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges
(with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive delivery option offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than 30 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that can spoil quickly or have a short expiry.

  • Alcoholic beverages where the price is agreed upon at purchase but delivery can only occur after 30 days, and the value is dependent on market fluctuations.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Audio/video recordings or software in sealed packaging that have been unsealed.
